General Terms and Conditions
- All purchased services must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- No refunds are available for services once the project has been approved and commenced.
- The purchased service can only be canceled 24 hours before the project start date.
- We work closely with our clients and strive to answer all their questions and begin work after approval. Therefore, no refunds are available once the project has commenced. We expressly state that the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
